 Born in Portsmouth, N.H, Attorney Bosen received his B.A. from the University of New Hampshire and his law degree from Suffolk University. Attorney Bosen's practice focuses in the areas of business law, real estate, and litigation.
Attorney Bosen is a member of both the New Hampshire and Massachusetts Bar Associations. He is also admitted to practice before the United States District Court, District of New Hampshire, and the United States Court of Appeals for the First Circuit.
Throughout Attorney Bosen's professional career, he has served in numerous non-profit and volunteer capacities. Chosen as the Greater Portsmouth Chamber of Commerce Volunteer of the Year in 1998, he served on the Greater Portsmouth Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors from 1993 to 2000, serving as Chairman of the Board in 2000.
Attorney Bosen also served on the Board of Directors of the St. Nicholas Greek Orthodox Church where he served as Parish Council President in 1996. Currently, Attorney Bosen serves on the Board of Trustees for the Seacoast Repertory Theatre in the capacity of Vice President and Chairman of the Development Committee.

 A native of Westbury, New York, Attorney Mulligan received his B.A. from Columbia University and his law degree from the University of Maine. He has been admitted to the bar of the States of New Hampshire and Maine since 1995.
Attorney Mulligan's practice areas include business and commercial litigation, consumer and business bankruptcy, taxation, construction litigation, labor and employment law, business counseling and entity formation, and creditor's rights. Attorney Mulligan 's practice also includes estate planning and administration, land use, and real estate.
Attorney Mulligan has represented clients before federal and state courts in New Hampshire and Maine, as well as before various federal, state, and local administrative agencies. He has been a resident of Portsmouth since 1995, and has been active in various community and charitable organizations.

Attorney Ferrara is a native of Thetford, Vermont. She received her B.A. from Wagner College in Staten Island, New York in 2003, and her J.D. from the New England School of Law in Boston, Massachusetts in 2006. After graduating from law school, Attorney Ferrara became a member of the New Hampshire Bar.
Attorney Ferrara worked for a small firm in Norwich, Vermont after graduating from law school, and moved to Portsmouth, NH in December of 2006. Upon moving to Portsmouth, Attorney Ferrara began her own law practice, before joining Bosen & Associates, P.L.L.C. in October, 2008.
Attorney Ferrara practices in the areas of estate planning, estate administration, real estate, and guardianship.
